When an international developer was searching for a Canadian-based design team to work on their project they looked to X-Design Inc. to provide both the creative and pragmatic vision to invigorate the six tower, 1.4 million square foot residential development.

The design team not only participated in the concept development of over 600 living units, but was instrumental in the process of communicating the vision of the project to stakeholders and securing the financing for the project.
