Have an old shipping container lying around and just not sure what to do with it?  Well, I’ve got some great ideas for you!

If you have a large yard, you could make a beautiful studio with a roof garden.

Breathtaking shipping container studio with a living green roof perfect for a backyard retreat:

If your humungous yard is still not full then add a pool in as well.

Or, if you need even more interior space, a multi storey building may be more your speed.  Could be an office, house or store!

I could see myself doing something like this for a career; using something we have a surplus of to create something we'll always need more of. Depending on the scale and the approach, this practice could fall anywhere on the spectrum we discussed in class.:

If you already have a large interior space and need some smaller, cozier rooms a shipping container might make a nice office or meeting room.

Nice use of a shipping container.:

Finally, you could start your own fold out restaurant, café or shop.
