BrightLane is a dynamic co-working space for start-up businesses that encompasses 5 floors of the 49,000 square foot King Street West brick and beam building. The space was designed to be a collaborative environment that inspires communication and innovation, and builds community and connections. The ground floor houses reception, catering kitchen, and a double height event and cafe space. The other four floors contain a mixture of enclosed offices for teams and businesses; open office areas; amenity spaces; and a mixture of meeting and huddle spaces. Natural light was used as a design feature, ensuring that no matter where you were in the space you had access to interesting views.
